American Idol
It's no secret that I follow American Idol closely, I know some people think it is lame and sometimes I think it is, but for the most part I love to watch it. So tonight I was watching and it was the Louisville auditions, a kid came in his last name was mud, apparently he has had a lot of bad luck in his life. So he sang, it sounded like something from the back woods maybe Dwight Yolkom would sing. The judges said no and as he walked away he said Good luck and be safe, or something like that. Every one of those judges took that as a threat, and Paula said "you don't say that to people". I was kinda laughing that they felt threatened by a guy telling them to be safe. Granted he looked like he could have gone postal on them, but he also seemed to just say it, He didn't mean it as a threat, he just said it. How pom pas of them to think that he was threatening them by telling them to be safe. It really made me realize that they really don't live in the real world. They live surrounded by guards and protection. How sad for them. If someone told me to be safe I would say thanks and assume they were concerned about my wellbeing. Maybe that's just me.

I remember the first season you and I would watch it every night and if we missed it you would record it and we would watch it. It is something that Emmanuel and I still watch
